When is the Service Update SDK updated? How to know how many bits are occupied by the behavior under the characteristic?

Hi All,

Current set :

IDE => Segger

SDK => v17.1.0

DK => nRF52 DK

I have two question.

Q1 : When is the Service Update SDK updated?

I'm using SDK v17.1.0, and the DIS characteristic is using below table v1.1. I just interesting in when will the SDK update?

Q2 : How to know how many bits are occupied by the behavior under the characteristic?

For the PnP ID, in that characteristic have 4 behavior. How to know every behavior occupied bit?

Unfortunately, we have no plans to expand DIS to include more optional characteristics. For information regarding our plan for future updates of the nRF5 SDK, please refer to this post  nRF Connect SDK and nRF5 SDK statement .
