nrf51 dongle discover Android device

Hi, I have a nrf51 dongle and I try to connect my Android smartphone to it. My smartphone is BLE compatible, so no problems here. I flash the firmware using master control panel (File -> Flash programming...) it works, the server start. But when I click on discover, some devices addresses appear but I didn't see my smartphone. And my phone don't see my nrf51 dongle.

Why I can't connect my phone to my nrf51 dongle ?

The master control panel is a Bluetooth low energy central. It doesn't advertise so it won't be visible on other central devices. If you want your android phone to be visible on the master control panel you need an application to set it up as a peripheral and start advertising. Thanks you ! In effect, I flash my dongle with soft device (S110 for me) and after load an application to make it work. So my dongle is now see like a peripheral (depends on which application you run).
