In principle, you could make a dongle with an nRF51822. The design for the USB dongle that comes with the kits are available as part of the regular design files for the kits. This is made for use with the Master Emulator firmware, but this is only a solution for development and testing, not for end product solutions.
Beware however that the nRF51822 does not have a USB interface, and there is also no production Central solution for the chip.
