TC-CNET-4.10 Test step 11 timeout.

Hi, 
 Our product is about to undergo Matter certification. However, in the testing of TC-CNET-4.10, during the 11th step " ./chip-tool generalcommissioning arm-fail-safe 0 0 1 0", there is a timeout error indicating that the command is not responding. However, when executing it immediately for the second time, it succeeds. This phenomenon is consistently reproducible. Can you provide any guidance on how to resolve this issue? We are anxious to proceed with the product testing.

 Here is the feedback from our development team: 
 1) About the firmware: 
 I tested it once again on NCS 2.2.0 based on already merged known issue: 
 
 KRKNWK-17594: Application does not always respond when forcing fail-safe cleanup. This can happen because of the Thread interface being unnecessarily reset and can result in the TC-CNET-4.10 Matter Certification test failing. Workaround: Manually cherry-pick and apply the commit with the fix to sdk-connectedhomeip (commit hash: 3b2d8e1367d9055a78d72365323cfbf60e054975). Previously I test it on NCS 2.4.0 I've built lock sample on NCS 2.2.0 + above fix and performed the test, but I was not able to reproduce it. Can you verify if the fix was applied based on current state? During PR review there could be a change in the implementation. 
 
 2) About the log: 
 
 I am not sure if this is possible but based only on the logs provided the DUT might crash, because communication failed at every next zcl command. If it is true, then helpful will be to debug by the GDB.
