Sim cards issues

Good evening, I spent a bit of time around the forum before to write this post but I was not able to gather the information I needed.

I purchased recently a nRF9160DK and I wanted to check the connection with the cloud through the SIM card included in the package. 

I flashed both the hex files (LTE and NBiot) but without any success. With the LTE version at least I get the error with the 4 leds flashing, but with the NBiot the led 1 was flashing forever. 

I have another SIM card that is suitable for IoT application, is already activated and works (tested with a LTE modem). Tried this card as well but nothing. 

Any suggestions? How can I assign a different SIM card on the nRF cloud?

iBasis only supports LTE in the UK.

Do you get logs on the serial terminal from your applications?
These logs would help us figure out what is wrong

Hi. Thank you so much for your support, but I actually managed to have the sim working. It was everything set correctly, I have to do an update through the nRF Connect desktop.
