Use GPIO not PC for serial port

Hi Team, 

I am usinG nRF52832 and i want to use GPIO 6 and 8 for my UART not PC emulation terminal. i have seen schemataic and someone in the forum told i have to short SB 23 and SB 25 to make these two pins work. 

But seems like they were not the one. 

Anyone can guide me on this how to go for that ?

Hi Dheeraj,

make these two pins work.

Pin 0.06 and p0.08 are by default assigned as the TX and RX pins for UART, so it works fine with UART. Did you mean that you want to disconnect the connection it has to the USB.? You will need to cut SB 14 and SB16 to disconnect p0.06 and p0.08 from the connector interface.. Note that once you cut SB14 and SB16, you will need to use a logic analyzer to see the UART output as you cannot emulate it to the PC.
