nRF Connect SDK V2.4.1 files for toolchain are are "invalid" in VS Code (missing files)

Hello, 
I am using "nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.2"  and "Toolchain Manager v1.2.5". Accordingly, I installed "nRF Connect SDK v2.4.1". After installation: 


AT THIS POINT, The SDK is available to choose from however, when I choose the toolchain from the installed folder it says invalid. 

THIS IS THE INSTALLED FOLDER

V 4.1.2 = has these files available

Toolchain = and these are the files within the toolchain folder.  

I have also followed https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/nrf-connect-sdk-fundamentals/lessons/lesson-1-nrf-connect-sdk-introduction/topic/exercise-1-1/ this guide to the T in getting the proper installations. 

Can you please suggest the next steps as this issue has been persisting for the last couple of weeks now?

Hello,

It looks a bit strange; can you try updating the toolchain and SDK once? Also, try to uninstall and reinstall the SDK once again. Were you able to make it work with any other versions of the SDK?
