About Blood Preasure Measurement Characteristic using time stamp

Hi All,

Currently I'm adding timestamp functionality to the blood pressure measurement feature.

I noticed that nRF Connect was giving me wrong timestamps, below is my verification.

Can someone tell me why?

Step 1 : Here is the timestamp I set

Step 2 : Using nRF Connect that show wrong time

Step 3 : Use wireshark to sniff, the value is right.

Step 4 : Use another APP - LightBlue, the value same as wireshark
