Support for nRF53840 in BLE Sniffer?

Hi,

I saw that the nRF Bluetooth Sniffer lists the older nRF52X boards as supported:

However, the newer nRF53X boards don't seem to be listed yet.

Can I just confirm that the nRF53840 DK won't work with the nRF Bluetooth Sniffer firmware?

Is there any chance that the software will be ported to the nRF53X range anytime, or is this work underway already?

Yes, that is true. The nRF sniffer firmware is not compactable with the nRF5340 DK, or there is no firmware available for the nRF5340 DK.

Sorry, for the time being, we don't have any plans to include support for 5340. Is this query based on any requirement, or is this just a casual inquiry?
