Hi everybody,
as Nordic is currently working on this "Internet of things" thing and there are plans for an IPv6 over Bluetooth stack, I was wondering if it wouldn't be possible to implement native WLAN support on the nRF52. Both protocols share the same frequency band, though I remember WLAN using 5 channels simultaneously. Unfortunatelly, I'm not familiar with the MAC layer of WLAN (maybe WLAN and Bluetooth use different modulation?).
So my question is: Is the nRF52 radio capable of establishing a connection to a WLAN router? If yes, are there any future plans at Nordic to implement a WLAN/Wifi stack?
