Error starting process C:/Program Files/SEGGER/SEGGER Embedded Studio for ARM 7.20/gcc/arm-none-eabi/bin/cc1

 I have tried building the nrf example projects and they build fine. But this project gives this error. 

The version I am using is SEGGER Embedded Studio for ARM
Release 7.20 Build 2023050901.53220
Windows x64

I have tried comparing the settings with the project that is building as suggested in older ticket but I couldn't find any difference. Anything specific I need to check?

What SDK version are you using for development? The latest SEGGER Embedded Studios version the nRF5 SDK was tested and verified with was SES 5.42a, and we have seen issues with developers using later versions than this of SES with the nRF5 SDK, so we'd strongly recommend to roll back to SES v5.42a, as we have not done any testing on our end with the later versions of SES.

What version of GNU ARM toolchain do you recommend for SES v5.42a ?

I am using 5.4.2016q
