What is the most minimal code that will advertise on S110?

Is there an example that is a minimal example of advertising on S110?

It might even serve one attribute that is set to a constant like '1234'.

This would help me bring up a simple application on new HW and prove that it advertises and can be seen by a phone. (And the attribute read by a generic attribute read tool).

My suggestion would be the beacon example from the nRF51 SDK (found in nRF51_SDK_10.0.0_dc26b5e\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_beacon). This application advertises non-connectable packets with static content.
