Windows PC application for nrf51822 USB communication?

Hi, We have a custom board, with accelerometer sensor, our ultimate aim is to collect the accelerometer data and transfer it to the master device (PC or smartphone) using USB or BLE communiction. We have defined the protocol and source code required for BLE communicaion on both the end (device and android smartphone). Now we need to develop the source code required for USB communication, on the device side. Can anyone suggest us with the sample application or the document which may give clear info regarding this? How to work with both USB and BLE communication?
Is there any windows PC application for nRF51822 USB communication?

@Balaji: The FT121 is an SPI slave so you would need to use the nRF51 as a SPI master. There is an spi_example that you can start with. I would suggest you to follow the FT121 application note and example on their website to start. Understanding on USB protocol is needed.
