Failed to load the bootloader .hex file in nRF connect desktop to nRF52840 DK

while loading .hex file in nRF connect desktop am getting following error :

Failed to load readback protection status : async task failure for id : 3001154114 msg: JLINKARM_DLL_ERROR

Adding to this, we have also tried copying the bin file from this https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nrf52840-dk/download#infotabs site to the J- Link Drive. But its, showing FAIL.txt file where I got "The currently active SWD interface does not support MSD drag and drop

Hi, 

Could you check if you have the correct version of J-link installed? It might be an old version, so updating may help. Have drag and dropped worked at any point during your testing?

Thanks for your suggestion.

We are using J-link latest version  7.92f .

We have solved the issue though nrfjprog -f NRF52 --recover command and now we able to debug. Thanks for the support.
