NRF Sniffer no capture (hang wireshark)

I'm using the nRF 52840 DK, flashed with nRF Sniffer 4.2.0.
I have installed Wireshark version 3.6.7, and configured extcap and profile according to documentation. 
I am on Ubuntu 18.04.

"nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE: /dev/ttyACM0" is displayed on the Wireshark interface, and I have the NRF Sniffer toolbar (with only the "All advertising devices" option)

When capturing, I get no packets (though I have dozens of advertising BLE devices around).
could you please help me?

What is the output of "wireshark -D interfaces"?

"wireshark -D interfaces" may give more logs

Try to
"Select View > Interface Toolbars > nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE to enable the nRF Sniffer interface."
