read Device information whit authorization

I would like to read via smartphone client the device information service (DIS) on a sensor server but through authorization process by the server. Is this possible? is there any example to refer to?

Thank you for sharing the details, but I couldn't find a dedicated sample showing this inside our old SDK. Take a look at this old thread where my colleague explains this. Please let me know if this helps or if this is not what you are looking for.
