Thank you, I have relayed that. By the way, have to tried to reinstall them? It sometimes helps with those kind of unusual errors.

I experience the same issue. A reinstallation did not solve the issue for me, also if I check the path, the file is present in the specified directory.

I just downgraded to Connect v4.0.1. Starting the power profiler app (3.5.5) is working now without any issues.
