9160 unable to connect to nrf Cloud.

Hello

I was working on nrf9160-dk with assert_trakker_v2 application successfully connecting to nrf Cloud. There was no problem.

Today I started the day by deleting it from my nrf Cloud, generating certificates again, programming everything from scratch. And unfortunately, I can't connect to nrf Cloud anymore.

I got error : nrf_cloud_integration: NRF_CLOUD_EVT_TRANSPORT_CONNECT_ERROR: -9 but i really can't find sollution. 

Nothing helps, erasing the board, reprogramming, generating certificates again.

Hello, 

From our nRF Connect SDK documentation, the nRF Cloud connect result is used as return value for nrf_cloud_connect() and to describe NRF_CLOUD_EVT_TRANSPORT_CONNECT_ERROR event. This is also found under nrf/include/net/nrf_cloud.h.

From here we can see that this error means:

/** Other cert issue */

NRF_CLOUD_CONNECT_RES_ERR_CERT_MISC = -9,

Have you reprovisioned your newly generated certificates? What version of nRF Connect SDK and modem FW are you running?

I'm using nrf 2.4.2
modem firmware 1.3.5

assert_trakker_v2 app is taken directly from nrf folders.

About new certificates: i generate them  using https://nrfcloud.com/#/provision-devices later download and upgrade certificate using "lte link monitor"

When generating new certificates, did you add the same device ID and pin i.e. nrf-IMEI and PIN on your DK? Also, did you use the correct security tag when provisioning the credentials for nRF Cloud:16842753? Did you get any error in LTE Link Monitor?

Yes, the same.
