nRF9160 is not recognized with PPK2.

Hello 

I have trouble with using PPK2 and nRF9160.

   nRF9160 is not recognized with PPK2 (connect vout/vin).  (I cannot see DK as nRF9160)

   nRF9160 is recognized without PPK2 (with jumper P22).

I cannont observe device output with Serial Terminal.

Could you let me know why ?
