NRF52840 dongle not sniffing any Zigbee packets

I know there have been other similar questions, but none of them resolved my issue.

I have set up the nrf52840 dongle according to Nordic documentation to no avail. I am attempting to sniff Zigbee RF4CE packets, but no matter what channel I select in wireshark no packets are ever sniffed. My house has many iot devices in it so this doesn't make any sense. Please advise.

Please double check that you have completed both the installing and configuring steps from the nRF sniffer for 802.15.4 user guide.

Have you tested that the capture script works with step 3 in Chapter 4.2.1 Installing the nRF Sniffer capture plugin in Wireshark from the user guide?

You can also check out the troubleshooting scenarios related to packets not showing up from the list of scenarios in the Troubleshooting section of the guide.
