Maxmimum short-term temperature of NRF9160 in storage state (not powered)

What is the maximum short-term temperature in a not powered state? Would it widthstand 20 minutes at 143°C?

143 C is outside the max specification,

Hi Jared,  max. 500 times 143°C/20min with long (>8h) cool-down periodes in between.

Hi Adrian, 

We have not tested our devices in the same condition you have described.

However, we perform HTS and TC tests, as part of our product qualification. These test follow JESD22 test conditions:

• high temperature storage (HTS) test at 125°C for 1000Hrs -- This test is a continuous storage at high temperature. 
• thermal cycling (CT) runs for 700 cycles from -55°C to +125°C with a minimum 1min soak time at each peaks. 

We are not able to guarantee performance beyond the conditions stated in JESD22.
