Does nRF5340 only contains two RTC?

Does nRF5340 only contains two RTC? Which one do you suggest to use for keeping calendar time (i.e. year, month, date, hour, minute, and second)?

nRF5340 RTC list,

RTC1, RTC0 on the network core is used by MPSL.
