Hardfault handler error

Hi,

I am doing TWI with ble_app_hts_pca10056e_s112 project, and I have build successfully without any errors and when I am debugging, i am facing hardfault handler issue, it is stuck at    00000A60  4B01   ldr r3, On nRF52811 Soc. So, can you please, help me through this issue.

Hello,

Please check the "call stack" view in your IDE to see if it shows where the hardfault exception was raised. Alternatively, you can enable the HardFault handling library in your application.

Hi,

I used breakpoint in the service_init () function in the main after stepping into the function after dfu_init () function my code is getting terminated and going to the LDR R3 State and seeing as bus fault error.

Please, find the attached image for clear understanding.

Hi,

How do you determine that it is a bus fault? Also, please take a screenshot with the "call stack" view when the program is halted at 0xa60.

Afterwards, disable the breakpoint below to determine if the program reaches either the hardfault handler or the softdevice error handler in the application.

Hi vidar berg,

I am doing  I2c with BME280 sensor on nrf52811 when I am doing this in NRF connect mobile app i can only see single measurement value of temperature, pressure and humidity and it is not getting updated. So, can you please suggest me regarding this issue and above issue is solved after disable the Hard fault thanks for it.
