Require support on Multi-IMSI Device Requirements

Question

Hi Team, 
 We want to make sure below two features are supported by nRF9160 cellular modem in both LTE-M and NB-IoT network or not supported, please confirm. 
 1. STK (SIM application toolkit) for multi-IMSI SIM use 
 2. Bearer Independent Protocol (BIP) for eUICC OTA functionality 
 We want to support dual SIM using SIM select switch (4PDT type switch). one is Physical SIM card connector and second is eSIM. 
 We want to support network profile update over the air to eSIM. Is this feature supported by nRF9160 for both LTE-M and NB-IoT network ?

 1. STK (SIM application toolkit) for multi-IMSI SIM use
