nrf5340 audio dk development programmer reset, the kit is not work

The issue is that when I use the nRF programmer tool to reset the Nordic 5340 Audio DK development board, the Audio DK becomes unusable, and its reset button also doesn't work properly.

Hi,

In the upper-left corner of the first image you would need to select your development kit by clicking on Select Device before being able to do anything with it in the Programmer application.

Thanks, but in the programmer tool,  when the device has choosed, the Erase all and write, reset button is grey,  it is not work to reset or rewrite the nordic 5340 audio dk.

Have you tried to program your development kit using command line tools? Was programming successful?

Yes, I have used the command line tool to rewrite this device, but it did not show the audio dk device and the series, only find the three usb ports.

Yes, it was also apperanced. So, I'd like to understand the purpose of this reset button in the programmer and why, after performing a reset, the audio DK device is no longer displayed.

Have you tried to connect to the device again after Reset? Was the device recognized? If not, could you send a screenshot of available devices after Reset?
