nrfConnect does not seem to connect to any of my nrf52840d-DK

I see a JLINK (D:) drive when my nrf52840-DK is powered on through USB to my windows 10 computer

When I run nrfConnect for Desktop Bluetooth Low Energy Standalone v4.04 I do not see any devices discovered
The "Start scan" button is greyed out so I cant select it. I see the following:

Using nrf-device-lib-js version: 0.4.4
Using nrf-device-lib version: 0.10.3
Using nrfjprog DLL version: 10.15.1
Using JLink version: JLink_V7.66a
Updated list of uuids with data from github.com/.../v1

If I do QuickStart I see a kit listed

Apologies for letting you wait this long.

Getting "Not supported yet" for something as old as the nRF52840 DK sounds strange to me.

Have you somehow been able to resolve this yet? If not, could you try installing the newest versions of nRF Command Line Tools? I'm not certain that this will solve your issue, but it's worth trying, as I see that your version of JLink is no longer the newest.
