How to burn J-linkOB firmware (JLink_OB_nRF5340_NordicSemi.bin) on top of nRF5340

Hello, I want to burn J-LINK firmware to nRF5340 on the development board I made, but I have encountered the following problems.

1. Burn to application core or network core?

2. What is the firmware burn start address?

3. Is it OK to use JFLASH?

The following is my operation steps, burned to the board completely without any reaction.

I tried to burn it to the APP core

Select the corresponding firmware. The J-link driver is V7.80c

I selected several FLASH addresses according to the manual and tried them all, from 0x00000000-0x20000000

After burning, neither the development board I made by myself nor the official DK development board worked properly. I hope you can tell me which step caused the problem.

For it to work, you need the production files for the DKs, which we won't hand out.
