NRF9160 DK antenna trace width

Hi,

I am looking a the the NRF9160 DK altium files. I was wondering how the antennas traces width were determined to be 0.19mm ? 

Does Altium report the real stackup used ?  altium indicates a total different width needed to match 50omhs :

The stackup seems to be correct, this is the actual board:

If you calculate a coplanar waveguide in AppCad, you get this:

Seems like Altium just not report the correct width then.
