n9160: Disable LTE disconnection when signal is really poor.

Hello

Is there any chance to delay/disable as much as possible disconnecting with cell signal strength is poor?

Maybe there are some signal levels thresholds or something like that?

I can't find any information about this, could you help me?

The modem follows 3GPP standard in regards to signal strength. Just to verify that I understand the issue, your device has poor signal strength and thus disconnects the network? Could you please elaborate more on what you are trying to achieve?

For getting back to me, basically we used nRF9160 LTE modem in our product and currently it is under Compliance testing. During Radio test we found that as soon the signal strength become low during test, the modem is disconnected. We need to know any AT Command for nRF9160 to stay connected to the same network even the strength became too low.

Could you please elaborate more on what this means? If there is no signal, then you can't stay connected.
