@Bala: Could you be more specific on the protocol and application ? nRF51822 can be used with S110 softdevice to work as a BLE peripheral device.

i am using evaluation board for developing custom profiles, where is in this case i am using MCP as client, what i am asking is, is it possible to use nrf51822 along with s110 softdevice as a central device which will scan for broadcasters and establish connection and recieved data from the server or peripheral? if yes, is there API support for developing client with use of nrf51822 with s110 softdevice

S110 will only support peripheral role. We are working on a new stack that support central role, the S120. The stack will be able to connect to upto 8 peripherals concurrently.
This stack will be released soon. But, I don't know exactly when.
