NCF Android App connection issue

Hi,

I had an issue which the other BLE tools can connect to my BT121 module, but NCF Master Control Panel keeps looping at the connection content page. FYI, it is bonded already. My phone is Nexus 5, and autoConnect Option is not checked. I also found out that Xiaomi is also having this issue of looping in connecting.

Hi lipghee,

Have you made sure the bond information was saved on both the phone and the peripheral ? What happens if the device is not bonded (clear bond information for both side).

Also please be noted that this forum is for discussion about Nordic device only. So, I would suggest you to post the question on Bluegiga support portal.
