Hi Vinay
Could you let me know what steps you took while running the example?
Did you use the provisioning app to add the nRF7002 to the Wi-Fi network?
Do you mind sharing the full log by using the "Write To File" feature in the serial terminal, and attaching the file to the case?
Best regards
Torbjørn

Hi
Can you let me know which board you are using to test, and what the board version is?
Assuming you are using an nRF7002DK there should be a white tag showing the board revision and production code.
If I understand you correctly you are able to make everything work when you run the provisioning sample, but when you switch to the net/mqtt sample it fails?
Are you just using the example without any changes, or have you modified the sample as well?
I was unable to find the file with the log name MQTT_OVER_WIFI in the SDK, so possibly this is something you have added yourself?
Best regards
Torbjørn
Hi, I am from Vinay team,
Actually we have downloded the wifi over mqtt file from the below mentioned link
Downloded it, and followed the steps and while we are using the same credentials it is connecting to the MQTT. But, when we are using our official credentials it is not responding.
Can you please let me know the reason.
Best Regards,
Chandana

What do you mean by the same credentials? You need to connect to a Wi-Fi network in your area for the example to work. Could you summarize the difference between the credentials that work and the ones that don't work?
I can make the case private in case you don't want to share these details in a public ticket.
Also, if you could provide the full log output as requested earlier that would be helpful.
Best regards
