nRF Cloud pricing of PRO plan

I need a clarification regarding the pricing of the PRO plan in the nRFCloud.
According to the following website: https://nrfcloud.com/#/pricing
there is a $1.99 per month per account cost, also $0.10 per device cost.
The $0.10 per device cost is every month? or is just one time cost when you add a new device to the account?
