Device Manager.apk not easy to use

Hello,

my earphone with  5340.

when i OTA  85 earphone use Device Manager.apk,

it's take a lot of time, because need choose file every earphone,

and the menu too.

Why not design it in a way that can remember the last selected file?

Is there a method for batch updating?

Best regards

  • Hello,

The app is primarily designed for testing and validating FOTA during development, and to demonstrate the integration of our nRF Connect Device Manager library with existing Android/iOS apps. For more specialized use cases like batch programming, creating a batch script and using the mcumgr CLI tools would probably be simpler. Alternatively, you could develop a custom mobile app that integrates the nRF Connect Device Manager library.

  • Hi,

    thanks for reply

i do't know how create a batch script and using the mcumgr CLI tools ,

I don't think it's necessary for every customer to establish an app only for OTA.

even it is the app is primarily designed for testing, it should also be designed to be more user-friendly!
