2. Can nRF54H20  support 5 inch screen around 1024*640?

Please contact your regional sales manager (Sales Related Questions) regarding details on supported features. High-speed USB (480 Mbps) is mentioned on product page for nRF54H20 but not for nRF54L15.

Can nRF54H20  support 5 inch screen around 1024*640?

This depends on the interface of the screen and the refresh rate. Again, please contact your regional sales manager for details on supported features.
