NRF9160 Connection Manager with LTE

I would like to test the Connection Manager functionality as found in the network https_client sample.  I have built and flashed to my thingy91, but the device is hanging at the "connecting to network" step.

I assume the issue is in the difference between the 9160dk and the thingy91. Are there other configuration files that need to be updated to use the Connection Manager with thingy91?

Is Connection Manager recommended for new designs or should LTE link control be used as in the past?

Hello,

the reason for this could be anything. Did you insert a SIM card in your new device? Do you have any logs that shows the connection attempt? Have you tried other samples?
