Hello
i am trying to upgrade from sdk 9 to sdk 10 .zip version but after installing when i open some examples it asking me to install arm cmsis 4.5. pack and device family pack 8.2.0 why? i ahve installed . zip version but it also asks me to install also some device pack from pack installer ? if i did that i am not able to add some library files eventhough if i add it showing some errors due to conflict between pack and zip so can anyone tell me how to install sdk 10 properly

This is confusing indeed. It is normal that keil will ask to install device family pack 8.2.0 when first using SDK 10, as stated on the infocenter: "If you use Keil 5, Keil will prompt you to install the nRF_DeviceFamilyPack."
You may also need to click on the refresh symbol in pack installer to install new family pack (if I remember correct), see pictures:
