Issue in ble_app_hrs_c with SoftDevice S132-v2

I try to run ble_app_hrs_c & ble_app_hrs with softdevice S132-v2, when ble_app_hrs_c receives DM_EVT_CONNECTION event, reset event occurs and restarts.

Any idea to resolve this issue ? please.
