Writing and debugging from docker container to board

I am on Windows 11 and have a docker container on top of wsl2.
How can I create a development environment on this container to build and write to the board?

I followed `Installing J-Link in a Container`.

I followed the `Installing J-Link in a Container` procedure and did not encounter any errors.
After running `/opt/SEGGER/JLink/JLinkExe -autoconnect 1 -device nrf52832 -if swd -speed 12000`.
`Connecting to J-Link via USB. .FAILED: Cannot connect to J-Link.` and could not connect to J-Link.

I'm not sure why this fails. Maybe you could ask Segger.
