Hight power cons after soft reset

Hi,

I have a custom device with a nrf52840, a a01nyub with uart bus, a pt1000 with SAADC. I succed to have in advertising just 10-20 µa and also in connexion, but after a soft reset , my device power cons is about 3mA. If i hard reset, i have always 10-20 µA.
Do you know what can be the issue when i soft reset my board ?

I find the probleme, it was my declaration of qspi....
