The refence design is using Murata LQP03 inductors. The capacitors are less dependent on the manufacturer. Use +/-0.1 pF tolerance. 

The two components in the mathing netword does harmonic filtering and impedance transformantion to a 50 ohm interface. Any antenna tuning components comes in addition to this. 

Note how C3 in the reference design is grounded (not ro the ground plane)

The 2450FM05A0045001T is designed to replace the mactching network on the nRF5340 CLAA only (CSP). It's not designed for the QKAA  (aQFN).

Antenna tuning component comes in addition to this.
