Custom board with nrf sdk have sensirion co2 sensor which not reading the data correctly

We have custom board and it connected the sensirion co2 sensor and we are reading the data using I2C bus at address 0x62 with the help of nrf sdk but we constantly getting incorrect data although we are passing the correct commands for I2C so can you please help with this. Here I am attaching the document which I referred for the co2 sensor.

    So do you get any replies from the sensor? You say that the values are incorrect. Perhaps you can share your application so that I can have a look?

    Can you also specify here what data you are sending, and what data you expect to get back (so that I don't have to spend too long investigating the data sheet)
