after upgrade of nRF Connect for desktop, nRF Connect SDK v2.5.0 ( or any other version) does not open cmd prompt, bash prompt is OK

Hello,

Wondering if somebody observed such weird thing. After update of nRF Connect for Desktop to v4.4.0  I cannot open cmd prompt from nRF Connect SDK v2,5,0 ( or any other version ). Everything was fine before that. I have reinstalled nrf Connect for Desktop several times but still cannot open cmd prompt.  At the same time I can open bash prompt and west build .... and west flash ,,,, commands work just fine. Any ideas?

Yes, we have the exact some problem. We have two windows 11 PCs and open command prompt from toolchain manager does nothing on both systems. We are running NCS 2.5.1 and Toolchain manager 1.3.0. We did as nick suggested and uninstalled Toolchain manager 1.3.0 and installed version 1.2.6 and now it is working fine.
