PCA10001 board COM port not getting detected on Windows10

My PCA10001 board is getting detected in nRFgo studio and i can even program it but its COM port is not getting detected in device manager. I dont know what happened but first it was getting detected. My nRFgo studio version is 1.21.0.2 When i am trying to install latest J link driver (Setup_JLink_V510d) its giving error while installation This is the error code which is seen while installation errorcode=0x80010100

I am afraid that I am unfamiliar with that error code, but I have a PCA10001 board to my computer (running Windows 10, nRFGo studio v1.12.1.3 and JLink v5.10d) and the COM port is detected. Try uninstalling nRFGo Studio, JLink Drivers and nRF Tools, and then install nRFGo Studio using this link ( includes the newest JLink Drivers and nRF Tools)
