Recommended method to flash a custom board with Fanstel BM840 when developing with the nRF Connect SDK for VS Code?

What is the recommended method to flash a custom board with Fanstel BM840 when developing with the nRF Connect SDK for VS Code?  The BM840 is direct from the factory with whatever firmware might be on it.  The custom board allows access to any of the supported pin functions on the BM840.

  • Hi Swathy,

I'm using a couple of nRF52840-DKs for development and debugging so I have these available.  I am assuming you are talking about the technique discussed in section 8.10 Debug Output of the nRF52840 DK v1.0.0 User Guide.  Is there a tutorial on using this, or detailed instruction on the P19 pin connections to the external board SOC?  Anything that can save me time and reduce chance of error would be helpful.

    Thanks,

    Ken
