I am getting incorrect measurements from nPM1300 fuel guage.

My battery right now is on 3.78 volts and nPM1300 fuel guage showing 3.1 to 3.2 volts and i'm face issues mentioned below :- 

1. voltage not going above 3.3v.

2. current is showing in negative.

3. SoC is also negative at first and then becomes positive gradually.

4. TTF is remaining constant.

IT IS BEEN CONNECTED TO GROUND THROUGH A 10K RESISTOR AS I AM NOT USING NTC PIN.

If you have a 10K resistor to ground I would expect to see ~25 degrees.
Are you using the default thermistor configuration?

Negative current is normal (negative = charging, positive = discharging).

NO I AM NOT USING ANY THERMISTOR CONFIGURATION I HAVE JUST PULLED THAT NTC PIN TO GROUND WITH A 10K RES

AND ALSO MY BATTERY IS AT 4.2 VOLTS BUT HERE IT JUST SHOWS 3.1V TO 3.3V
