We received directly from Nordic samples of the nPM1300 revision C.
We are aware that according to the errata, the efficiencies of BUCK1 and BUCK2 should be 10% less than expected from the datasheet.
We measure the efficiencies and we got 15% less for the BUCK1 (1V8 output) and 20% less for the BUCK2 (3V3 output):
