Modem FW 1.3.6 Error 0x10

Hey,

seen again a modem fault, from a device in field, no further debug information available.

  • nRF9160
  • Modem FW: 1.3.6
  • Modem Fault Type: 0x10
  • Modem Fault PC: 0x9900E
  • System Mode LTE-M + NB-IoT + GNSS
    • Connection was via LTE-M
  • Modem is turned on/off every 5 mins.

    sorry for late reply, I was on vacation.

    Unfortunately we still can't provide more info as these devices are out in the field and the faults are occurring not regularly.

    Since some time passed by, we have observed some more modem faults from our devices. I'll post them here, but if you want a new ticket for that I'll create that.

    • Device was moving

    • Modem Fault Type: 0x10
    • Modem Fault PC: 0x9900E

    • Connection was via LTE-M

    Everything else you asked in this thread does also apply to these devices.

    Could you please provide exact location(s) for mentioned faults? For example, cell id (global) from +CEREG, or %XMONITOR, or even GNSS location?

      • RSRP -108 → -105
      • RSRQ -17 → -14
    • Loc 51.112146, 6.821387
    • Device was moving
