Difference between NRF5340-QKAA-R7 and NRF5340-QKAA

Dear Nordic Team,

I am writing to inform you that I have successfully completed my algorithm using the NRF5340 and i want to redesign the board based on the schematic provided on the website. It indicates that the chip itself is labeled NRF5340-QKAA.

However, I am curious about the difference between NRF5340-QKAA-R7 and NRF5340-QKAA. Do they possess the same functionality?

Your clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Fabrice

  • Electrical connectivity between schematic component pins can be created by placing a wire between those pins. This is called physical connectivity since the pins are physically connected with a wire. Connectivity also can be created logically by using suitable net identifiers, such as net labels. As well as providing a human-friendly identifier for a net, a net label allows you to connect points on a circuit without actually physically wiring them together.
