NRF52840 Dongle doesn´t work.

I have several 5 years old nRF52840 dongles. With one of them, when I connected it to nRFConnect for PC, the led doesn´t shine at all, and no device is detected. When I try with another nRF52840 dongle (which in this case, hasn´t been used before),  the led gets permanently flashing, butagain, is not bein recognized. I am working with W10. What could be the problem? Maybe the driver got old? Thanks

I am using a USB hub. When I connected both Dongles to the USB directly, they worked seamlessly.
One last question: Why did the USB hub disturb the operation? Maybe because all USB hubs are made to prevent continuity through their two USB signal pins?

Hello Juan,

I don't have a good answer here. I have just seen a lot of "try inserting it directly into your computer" if USB devices behave flaky. I guess there are a lot of USB hubs with varying quality out there. Now that they are working, you can experiment with putting them back into the hub, and see if that works. If not, try another hub/another computer same hub/new computer new hub.
